Intermittent Mist System
The Plant Propagation Forum at GardenWeb has a nice thread today on do-it-yourself misting systems. A mist system is absolutely critical for a high success rate, but very expensive to buy.

Misting systems can be expensive, but are vital to repeated success with rooted cuttings.
If someone is serious about propagating rooted cuttings, one of the first items they will look for is a misting system, but up until a few years ago, it was nearly impossible to find one that was affordable or the information needed to actually build one that is guaranteed to work.
Google intermittent mist or misting systems. You can now purchases plans and complete, ready to use systems for reasonable prices.

I just hooked up a misting system on my back porch. It works alright. It's way nicer than dealing with the awful heat.
